Casey started her fitness journey at the age of 3 when she was first introduced to ballet. After 17 years of spending anywhere from 8-19 hours in a ballet studio, she hung up her Pointe Shoes for good and decided to pursue other passions including modeling, nutrition, fitness and writing.
Casey decided to publish her first book, “The Glute Bible”, a comprehensive guide to everything “booty”.
