Health and wellness has always been important to Kathryn. It doesn’t mean she’s been perfect at living a clean life. If you follow her, you know she finally gave up alcohol at the beginning of January (again) and sugar is an ongoing battle that she wins most days, but not every day.
She’s always interested in modalities to help heal, strengthen and balance. When she heard about the Heal Documentary, she had to go see it. She packed up a carload of girlfriends and headed downtown to a local cinema.
